Privacy begins with keeping unnecessary identity out of the analysis.
La Belle Époque Society's interactive audits and assessments are designed for private educational reflection. When you complete an assessment yourself, I do not receive your individual answers or result for personal review. I cannot open your completed assessment afterwards, retrieve your answers or independently examine your result. If you want me to examine a result, you must choose to provide it to me yourself.
Access to an assessment does not give me access to what you enter into it for individual review. Your responses and results are not automatically submitted to me for analysis. If you complete the Self-Investment Audit, Asset or Liability Audit, Behavioural Risk Audit or another La Belle Époque instrument and keep the result to yourself, it remains your private educational exercise.
If you would like an individual educational review, you must deliberately provide the relevant result or information yourself. This applies equally to women and men. Unless you choose to send that information to me, I have no way of retrieving your completed answers or reviewing your individual result.
Where an individual review is offered, you may choose to submit an assessment result, behavioural question or other relevant material. Submission is entirely voluntary. By sending material for review, you are choosing to disclose that specific information for the purpose of the educational analysis you requested.
You do not need to disclose your identity simply because you want a behavioural pattern examined. The information necessary for an analysis is often the sequence of events, decisions, behaviours, resource allocation and relevant circumstances — not the identity of the people involved.
Before sending your file, remove identifying information including your name, address, telephone number, personal email address, account numbers, identification numbers, signatures and any other information that is not necessary to understand the behavioural structure.
Where other people appear in the material, replace their names with neutral identifiers such as PERSON A, PARTNER, COLLEAGUE A or COMPANY A wherever possible. Do not submit passwords, login credentials, banking credentials, copies of identity documents or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for the educational analysis.
Material you voluntarily submit for an individual educational review is treated as confidential and used for the purpose of preparing the behavioural analysis you requested. Submitted material will not be used as a public testimonial, marketing material or public case study without your separate express permission.
The principle is deliberately simple: provide only what is necessary to understand the pattern. The less unnecessary personal information contained in the material, the better your privacy is protected.
La Belle Époque assessments, audit results and individual behavioural reviews are educational tools designed to help subscribers examine their own behaviour and decision-making. They may explore patterns involving discipline, boundaries, attention, resource allocation, relationships, financial behaviour and behavioural exposure.
They do not establish an adviser-client, therapist-patient, attorney-client or other professional relationship and are not legal, financial, investment, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice. Their purpose is educational: to make your own behavioural patterns more visible so that you can understand them more clearly.
You decide what you disclose and whether an assessment result remains entirely private. You also decide whether you want to provide a result or other material for additional educational analysis. Completing an assessment alone does not send your individual result to me for review.
Unless you deliberately provide the information to me for review, I cannot review your individual answers or result.
